Our Mission:
Support the understanding of personal abilities for individual and community development through Academic & Athletic programs.
Organizational Statement:
J-SMOOV is an organization that was established in 2000, with a great interest in people and how they participate in the success of society.
We operate with a focus of helping people recognize their personal resources i.e. abilities. We refer to it as their personal LIGHT.

We want to help our youth and adults be positive forces in the communities we live in. Being positive in any environment comes from knowing what you can offer, how to use it, when to use it, and being confident with it.
Identifying and using your personal light allows an individual to make a majority of good decisions. Good decisions promotes positive growth and participation in the community therefore, making the community a better place to live in.
The community and those who live in it operate simultaneously through what we call the
J-SMOOV Vitamin E's :
1. Education- The things you learn by way of being taught, schooled, or trained
2. Enhancement- Taking skills, situations, & personal environments and improving upon them
3. Enrichment- Making the value of an experience vital to the positive growth of your life
4. Entertainment- Appealing to the pleasure of your senses or mind with planned activities
In order to achieve effective growth in life, the E's listed above must be an important part of life.
We provide support, instruction, and guidance on how these E's can nurture and fortify you. We accomplish this by way of Academic & Athletic
programs. In these programs we use specific processes that will give insight and ownership to effective development for each individual or group.
We have certified and educated instructors that use their professional training and personal experiences to help facilitate the prescribed processes.
We want the program participants to be the owners of the desired & successful results.
We only want to assist in obtaining them.
