Hoopster Objective / Purpose
We think Ownership & Production are key parts of growth.

Ownership comes from the CART: Collaboration,      Action, Responsibility, Respect, & Trust.

These things together equal Production. We want the boys & girls to own their part of these teams & participate in the production.

As we interact with these boys & girls by way of classes, practice, games, & daily conversation, we will provide an environment that will allow these things to be understood & used.

We want each player to develop or maintain a strong & sturdy CART. We want them to use the CART take Ownership and create positive Production, when they combine it all together success will happen.

With this in place the players will learn the (tie) T.A.I.E. process.

T= Together; A= Achievement; I=Is; E=Endless which will teach them about team/group success

1.To provide a place for these young boys & girls to maintain and/ or improve on their basketball & life skills while experiencing the Vitamin E'S.

2. Prepare them for a higher level play (Junior High/High School/College)

3. Play against good competition outside of the immediate area, see other programs and players.

4. Learn and /or maintain the understanding of Ownership & Production.

5. Learn and/or maintain a strong & sturdy CART.

6. Work Hard & HAVE FUN!!!
