Assessment Information
We have designed a multi page assessment package that will help individuals identify or confirm their personal abilities, then show you how to turn them into skills.
There are over 70 Ability/Skill terms used in this assessment.The terms are divided into
6 CLASSIFICATION SETS and manifest themselves through
3 OPERATION PREFERENCE ROLES.
We believe the daily decisions, situations, and areas people function in are related to these CLASSIFICATION SETS and OPERATION ROLES.
Each set and role has a specific objective, which is to help an individual identify their strengths and weaknesses in these areas. This will enable them
to have a clearer understanding of operation.
With this understanding the individual can identify the best time, place, and
situation for using their ABILITIES (strong or weak). This will allow them to
make good sound decisions and achieve a high level of positive
effectiveness, in addition to success in public and personal use.
