Dr. SHERMAN VERNON
Administrator /  Mentor / Professor
Foundation & Character

I am a product of the California Central Coast. I come from an environment
where certain components of life (Faith, Family, and Community)
are high on the priority list.

These things combined with the proper motivation and desire produced high achievement in academics and athletics. These components have been key ingredients in helping me to become the person I am.

I believe in these components of life. I think they are strong keys to a positive growing period for young men and women. I am motivated to provide help, give guidance, and use the proper tools to support these individuals during this crucial time of growth, in such a demanding society.

I have worked in the Government, Non- Profit, Private, & Public sector communities for over 25 years. In each arena I have served in a supporting role, by way of counseling, teaching, or mentoring males and females of all ages. In addition, I have provided professional scribe, research, and presentation services.

The skills that I have been blessed with; such as (problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution) have been major keys to me being able to help & support people successfully.
