Training Description:

This training is designed to teach a variety of Body Flexibility, Strengthening and Cardio exercises and stretches. This training will include muscle toning, muscle endurance, body alignment, & balance. This training will include some anatomical and physiological instruction and demonstration of the bodies muscle and joint functions so that the student may develop the ability to learn, explore, and enhance their body strength, flexibility, balance, core stability, muscular / breathing endurance and body systems that assist in these areas. This training will utilize various types of equipment in conjunction with your body being the main source of equipment through movement. Additional equipment used will be body balls, jump ropes, cardio machines, free weights and other physical fitness equipment as needed. The training will consist of warm-up and cool down. It will focus on muscle strengthening, core strengthening, (abs & back) flexibility, while using your body and other equipment. Certified support and instruction will be provided throughout the duration of training
